Neighbors are somewhat fishy, but stick to themselves for the most part. Quiet except on weekends before high school football games when the marching band drum line practices at 8am. The pool is clean, but frequented by local kids who aren't residents. They are building several additional units, but are not installing additional trash compactors. The compactor that we all use today is generally full three days after it is emptied and trash overflows for at least four more days before it is cleaned up again.
