My husband and I lived in Ivystone (bldg. 183) before we got married in 2006- I must say it was a horrible experience. Now that I am a Property Manager, I look back on the LL (Denise) with such disgust and wonder how she could have ever been in this business. Not sure if they got rid of her- but hope so!
We got 3 eviction notices during our 1 year there- after taking the bank statements to her showing our rent checks had cleared- EVERY TIME- she just said "oh, maybe I put the wrong unit number"
Rediculous!
And the pit bulls pooing all over the grass- ick!

All these places with BAD maintenance and RUDE maintenance and staff, and here I sit without being able to find a job and my entire life is DEVOTED to customer service and raising the bar on maintenance! HELP! any property managers out there who needs a very experienced very dedicated maintenance supervisor?!?!!!! I'm not kidding... I have a clean record, drug free, and have always raised the bar on customer service and the entire maintenance division, everywhere I go. --But instead of being promoted for it or just "thanked", the property managers get "jealous" as if I'm trying to take their jobs and force me out.. I'm a timid guy.. that is surely not my intension. HELP!!!! -Dan-
