I would first like to apologize to everyone out there for the poor service that they received; whether it be in the maintenance areas or management in general. I have never even lived at Ivystone, but feel the pain of people who are dissatisfied. It just pains me to see all these places with BAD maintenance and RUDE maintenance and management staff, and here I sit without being able to find a job and my entire life is DEVOTED to customer service and raising the bar on maintenance! HELP! Any property managers out there who needs a very experienced very dedicated maintenance supervisor'!'!!!! I'm not kidding... I have a clean record, drug free, and have always raised the bar on customer service and the entire maintenance division, everywhere I go. --But instead of being promoted for it or just "thanked", the property managers get "jealous" as if I'm trying to take their jobs and force me out.. I'm a timid guy.. that is surely not my intension. HELP!!!! -Dan-
