My son has lived in Ivystone for 2 years,He lives here solely because it is affordable.People poop their dogs all over the grass, the pool has black scum around the edges,the property manager needs to be on prozac and I wonder why when having to deal with Powers Property Management out of Florence. People moved into the apartment above his and they let their children run and jump at will all hours of the day and night, He and several others in the building have called this in numerous times, today he was told that if they make the people upstairs move also. So it doesn't matter if he has lived here not disrupting the other tenants for 2 years. Their solution is to violate their own lease that provides for a tenant the right to a peaceful existence.I am currently looking into a legal remedy for this outright violation of the fair housing act.I am writing this review because I have experienced the negatives of living here 1st hand as a room mate and from living at my sons for about a year. WEll, anywhere that people "poop their dogs" is a place I would be scared to live!! C'mon people!! Pick up your dogs when you poop them!
