I have never lived in an apartment so I really don't have it to compare to anything. However, I would have liked to see a designated play area where the children can run and play instead of all over the place and in the parking lots. People do allow their dogs to ---- everywhere so when the children play they usually step in it! The rugs in my apartment are gross and I have contemplated replacing them myself just so I know they are new and clean.
Other than that, I don't have a problem. Nobody bothers us and we don't bother anyone.

yes.....there is supposed to be a fine for people who do not pick up after their dogs but, i guess that never happens. i have had half a mind to pick it up and throw it at them when they leave it right in front of my porch. i also wish there was a place for the kids to play.
