We live in Ivystone for almost 2 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The property is well maintained and the entire staff is courteous and professional. The grass is mowed once a week, our breezeways and parking lots are blown and pressure washed. If you ever need maintenace they are there that day. There are 2 pools to use we use them both frequently. The only problem we have with the pools is that they don't open them up until late in the year and close up too early, regardless, both are well kept and have plenty of room. We mail our check in on time and no-one ever says anything to us. Denise was nice enough to let us use their microwave for our infant sons' water one day while people were working on our meter box. We really love it here and highly recommend it to people with pets, children, and people in need of affordable housing.
