My family and I have lived here for 3 months. We had to look at a couple apartments in the complex until we found one that had new carpet. Our landscaping is very nice. They mow the grass every week like clockwork. There are new maintanence people and whenever we've had something that needs fixed, they come out within 24 hours. They're extremely nice and knowledgable and good at what they do. There is plenty of parking. I do wish there was a playground for children but at least there's plenty of yard to play in. The neighbors are nice and usually quite. I would recommend living on the second floor as the insulation isn't as good as it should be. Unfortunately they allow larger dogs to live upstairs which can be really noisy. There is also a new manager in the office which is a major upgrade compared to horrible Denise who had been here for years. I would recommend living here, especially for the price. We shopped around at all the local apartment complexes and the application and pet fees were the cheapest here. I also love the layout of our 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom is oddly layed out though.

I am not sure i agree with the "plenty of parking" part but, I guess that depends on which building you are in. I work late into the evening and sometimes I have had to park on the side wich is designated for the building across the lot from us. i have even once or twice had no other option than to park in the handycap spot.
