I have been living at Ivystone for over a year now. Let me tell you it was hell until about 2 weeks ago. The queen "B" is gone!!!!!!!!!!! I heard through the grapevine she was fired. About dam time if you ask me. That woman has some serious issues. However the new property manager is surprisingly nice. What a change! Thank god someone in the home office woke up and did something for us. As far as the maintenance guys. They seem like they know what they are doing. Every time we have had a problem they have been out right away and fixed whatever was wrong. They also helped with our bug problem. The exterminator had been in our apt. several times and it almost seemed like there were more bugs when he left. The maintenace man came and sprayed once and no further problems since. I am pleased now with the way things are being handled and recomend all to come see for yourself.
