I will be leaving after my lease is over. The cost of a one bedroom unit here is going up to $595.00/month. Keep in mind that there are absolutely NO utilities included with this. Pest control and trash (they have a dumpster at the front of the property which seems to always be full. Trash stacked outside of it) are the only utils included. These are not even Good Cents homes. You can feel the cool air coming under the door in the kitchen (pantry/utility room). This small room is on the exterior of the unit facing the hallway. I dont think they used any insulation. Parking here sucks. I am lucky to close even near to my building. The staff is nice, thats about it. However, the staff isnt going to be paying this lease so that doesnt matter much to me. I basically wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you have more money to spend than you know what to do with, then fine, live here. Look elsewhere.
