The parking issue needs to be addressed ASAP. If your going to live at Palmetto Pointe be prepared to walk a good distance to your apt. after a long day at work.There is simply not enough parking spaces to meet the needs of the tenants. This can be extremely frustrating, as many a times I have only been able to find a space as long as a half mile away from my apt. As long as I have lived here no attempt has been made to alleviate this nagging problem.

Next issue involves trash removal. There is only one dumpster which to dump your trash, and it is inconveinently located at the front of the apartment complex. This presents a problem for those tenants who are presently residing near the back of Palmetto Pointe. If you own a small car be prepared to place your trash on your car roof in order to transport it to the compactor. Major trash items, ie. furniture, tv's, and appliances need to be taken to a dump 5 miles away.

The pool, fitness center and picnic areas are consistent with any facilties you'll find in an average run apartment complex.

Positive aspects include safety, scenery and friendly staff. Palmetto Pointe residents are very quiet, keep to themselves and are genuinely considerate of their neighbors needs. You'll never have a problem with noisy neighbors, unruly pets or criminal mischief.

The scenery is beautiful. Birds are a constant reminder of the wilderness surrounding Palmetto Pointe. The staff at Palmetto Pointe are always friendly and willing to address any concerns or problems you might encounter.

Overall I'd say my experience at the Pointe has been pleasureable, but if I had to do it over again......I would've looked for better.
