My lease is expiring at the complex soon and I cannot wait to get out of this place! The Business Manager is a joke, rude, unreliable and not professional at all. The assistant is equally disgusting in her attitude and demeanor. Maintenance requests are handled casually, if at all. Roaches are a huge problem and rather than acknowledging that this is a community problem, the staff resists fixing it when called and tries to insist that it is the tenant. Why wouldnt you want to fix the problem when you have numerous complaints''' They dodnt return phone calls at ALL and when you walk into the office, you are treated as if you are bothering THEM. I always wondered what the heck were these people hired for if it wasnt to take care of the tenants' And i am a person who NEVER paid my rent past the 1st. I suppose they feel that you are obligated to stay there, but the bad behavior, nasty attitudes, the bugs and the raggedy buildings overcome the quiet and beautiful landscape that could have made this place a real winner. Its not worth the money you pay!

I lived there for 3 whole years and didn't see a single roach. And I was on the ground floor, too. I didn't have many maintenance requests, but they were always handled within one day.
