Unprofessional, Demeaning, and Rude!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I have lived with my fiance in a one bedroom apartment that is rented for $710 a month. He rented the space before I came to live with him, thinking that since he works most of the time, this wouldn't be a problem. Since I've moved in, we've noticed a downfall in the complex and dealing with the managment is a terrifying and time consuming issue that leaves the both of us terribly irate.
The first instance with apartment complex is the fact that my car had been towed at the cost of myself, and I was just visiting. I had no idea about the rules and regualations for parking and since there are barely any tenants where he lived at the time, I figured that there was more than enough parking space. I was not even sited a ticket or warning. Not to mention they have no posted signs about illegal parking or towing at the owner's expense if you park outside of their visitor parking spaces.
After $200.00 later, and the heart attack of a lifetime thinking that my car had been stolen, I got my car back and started parking in visitor, even after I'd moved in. So, everyday for the past 6 months or so, I've been walking from visitor, to my apartment. Why, do you ask would I do such a thing' I will tell you, when we asked them about a parking sticker for me, they gave my fiance paperwork for me to fill out. They never mentioned anything about putting me on the lease as a legal matter for them, however they did want me to give out all this personal information that I was not about to give these people. There is no need to know my income when I am not paying rent, there is no need for my social security number or to run a credit check since I am not tied finacially to this place. However, to get one of their parking stickers, it's a must.
Shortly after this, we noticed that a few people moved into the apartments around us. It was then that we noticed the walls to this place are paper thin. We can hear people in their bathrooms beside us, we can hear telephone conversations held in other apartments around us. Also, we can ever hear people upstairs walking around and closing dresser drawers. It's a nightmare when we are trying to sleep late at night. We didn't complain because we aren't the type of people to try to get others in trouble and we know that we are living in an apartment, there will be noise.
However, there was a lady that moved in downstairs and she was rude and disrespectful of others. She had a house warming party that was incredibly loud where her guests threw ciggarette butts all over the ground and made excesive noise when my fiance had to be up for work at 4am. Again, we didn't complain, however, we should have.
Palmetto Point gave us a call about noise. The lady downstairs had complained about noise coming from our apartment! We never have parties, loud music, no pets, and our son only visits with us one day out of the week! We told the office about our complaints but it was handled with an attitude, when they know the demeanor of my finace, he works all hours and has to get up early in the morning.
Not only that but the cabinets in the kitchen are so small. The dishwasher doesn't work, and the water tastes like pure lead!!! We've spent I don't know how much money on bottled water because it's not drinkable. It even makes our clothes smell horrible!!!
In the bathroom, the toilet is leaking and no one has bothered to come out to look at it, no matter how many times we call. Also, I have noticed a problem with fleas inside and outside of our apartment, and we DON'T HAVE PETS! However, our neighbors, in fact due. However Palmetto Point says that they spray for things like that. I have been at home for several months now and I am yet to see a guy come in and spray since the first month that I moved in here.
With all of that being said, I came home from work not too terribly long ago, parked near our apartment and ran up for five minutes. I was going up to get my fiance and when we got downstairs my car was gone. I could not believe that this had happened again. I was there for five minutes!!!!
I ran to the office and found my car sitting on the back of a tow truck. I went into the office where the girls were rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and gave me nothing but attitude before I even spoke. I asked them to remove my car from the truck and the hesitated trying to state that my car had been parked there at 6 am that morning, which, was a lie. I was walking to visitor at 7 am for work to get into my car, so, how did it move itself'!
They finally let my car go and I explained to them why I do not have a parking sticker and why I will not be getting one either. The girls had the most discusting approaches to dealing with people that I have ever seen in my life.
I would never ever tell anyone that moving here would be a good idea. It's no wonder that they are now renting out their spaces for the night. They can't get anyone here that's actually willing to stay, pay massive amounts of money for nothing, and get treated less that what they deserve. This place has turned into a hotel like living atmosphere and it sure aint the Hilton!!!!
