As seniors we have signed 4 leases at Palmetto Point have this to say: People who do not sign their names usually have something to hide; so many complaints by one leasee usually means they're covering something up to justify moving! We lived in a complex prior to PP where Julie worked...when she left to come to PP, we followed her. Sounds like a very good recommendation of management to us! Apartment living is
just not suitable for some people for a variety of reasons. It requires patience, tolerance of others, and a little good will thrown in. As for logistics: we have found PP to excel in a timely fashion to your personal needs as well as maintenance
and safety. All activities are closely monitored to accomodate both young and old, adult and children along with PP spsonsored seasonal parties. We highly recommend Palmetto Point for a great place to live. Even to the point we encouraged our daughter and her family to live here, as they did 3 years ago!
