We moved from Ohio to Palmetto Point Apt. Homes in Sept. 2008. The rental agent pursued us via cell phone while we were checking out other options...thanks to her persistance, we ended up renting immediately after viewing the very 1st apt. we were shown. The location was perfect having a wooded view with a pond. (SERENITY !)We couldn't have been happier there because the Management and Maintenance personnel were absolutely WONDERFUL, always treating us as if we were family and attending to our every request promptly. We moved out 9 mos. later because we purchased a new home. We surely would have continued living at Palmetto Pointe if we hadn't purchased...and would recommend them exclusively to any one we know needing apartment living!!
