The first few months were good... We lived with seeing a huge truck cargo bin as soon as we walked down the stairs but that was gone once they finished the improvements. Then we got neighbors. We started hearing yelling, music at all hours of the night and then there were (and still are) idiotic and rude, inconsiderate neighbors running up and down the stairs at 1, 2 o'clock in the morning yelling and throwing their beer cans all over the place. Also, at random times during the day you will hear what sounds like someone hammering above you... it's only the floor settling. Our door shut but didn't meet up right, someone could easily break in if you didn't deadbolt it... The back of the apartments by the little brook are so overgrown with weeds I'm not surprised all animals have fleas and ticks... We also have a recurring ant problem.
