I've been living here since June and love it. When I first moved in my neighbor used to leave trash outside in the hallway. The office starting fining $25 to people leaving trash around and I have'nt seen any trash since! I always see a guy walking around picking up the property and it looks pretty good to me. It seems like they have taken control of the property and kicked out the people that were causing most of the problems. I plan on staying here for a long time.
