River landing is the worst place to live. As a college female, i have never felt safe walking from the parking lot to my apartment. Parking is alright during the day, but at night expect to park at least two buildings away. Numerous cars have been broken into and someone even tried to break into the apartment above mine. If you don't mind living with cockroaches and ants, than this place might be perfect for you. However, if you do have a problem, don't even bother going to the office. They are completely disinterested in whatever you have to say and it can take a week or two for them to get around to fixing your problem. I have two months left at River landing and I cannot wait to get the heck out.
