If one is a college student with perhaps a roomate or two to Party, then River Landing is your choice.

Forget talking a walk out back or anywhere there is grass. People Really do Not pick up after their pets, and the ever so often news letters about doing such are a waste of paper. Come take a Tour and see for yourself how Bad this issue is others complain about as well...

Parking during the day is fine, but like others said, at Night forget about it. You are gonna have a walk to get to your place.

Some Windows do leak water during a storm. Supposed to Spray for Pests once a month, yet have only had this happen 3 times so far. Problem with Toliets and Faucets.

The Worse part of these Apartments'
They have the absolute Rock Bottom, Dirt Cheap Carpeting I have ever seen. It comes up constantly in Wads of fiber balls. Several Carpet Cleaners that have been here actually suggest to not even bother with it. It's that Cheap.

Don't let the pics of the Weight Room fool ya either. One cheap Universal Machine, a couple of Treadmills, crammed into a Small Room. (No Free Weights. Wouldn't have Room to even have a Dumbell Rack anyway.)

Like stated in the opening paragraph, college students that want a cheap place to party, this is it. Because you can't dirty or mess things up much more than they are, and their Rules seem to be non-existant, despite warning letters.

It's a noisy Party Place. (And I'm not even that old myself and complain.)
