We just moved in and are sooooo pleased! We chose River Landing because it was very nice during the tour and because the location is the best in town for being centrally located to everything. We were not sure because of some of the most recent reviews, but those people must have just had a bad experience because we have nothing but good things to say about the condition of our unit and building. It does crack us up that people still complain about parking at night. We live in the back right in the center, and what we have found is that if you are home after work by 8pm you have no issue, but if you go out and come home later than 10:30 or 11:00 you will have to walk. I have lived in multiple communities and other than a house I owned, this is the best it gets for parking.
