I haved lived in more than 8 apartment communities in a number of states and would have to say my stay at River Landing has been one of the best apartment experiences I've had so far. Sure you can sometimes hear a neighbor but, hey if you have a two story house you hear people when they are upstairs, right' It is just part of living in closer quarters. I have found the office staff to be both professional and friendly when I've needed assistante, also the maintenance staff are 1st rate!
If you are looking for a value priced apartment in a great location then River Landing the it. If you shop around for apartments much in Myrtle Beach you will soon find this to be true and this property is the only apartment community located right on the IntraCoastal Waterway.
