River Landings is way too high for the area & they are liars & crooks. The parking was awful, too small no where to park. The playground was nice, the main office was really nice, too bad they couldn't keep their apartments that way. I lived there, had written a 30 day notice of mold in the bathroom. Now they kept the security deposit of $5oo, which I knew that was ok. I worked my butt off cleaning it, it was cleaner then before I moved in & now they put this into the collection agency,& no paper work of why & this how much you owe. Now they did everything backwards, I tried getting this resolved from the collection agency Pinnacle Corporation & the lady said she will not send me a copy of the lease. When I called an old lady answered the phone & just put me on hold & didn't even tell me she was going to do that. She wanted my SS # I said "no way". I don't know what kind of scam this is, but if I am in the wrong, I told this lady I would make payment & take care of this. Just send me the bill, & letters, showing why & how 369.00 is owed. IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK. For thos that say this is a good place, you either work there or something, Canterbury is better then this place, & that is not saying much. I will pay the amount, but for others out there, make sure you listen & read about these places. DON'T RENT AT FIVER LANDING APARTMENTS!!!!!!
