These are very nice apartments. But seems as though they were put up very quickly. Walls are very thin so noise can be an easy problem. You can hear people above tip toe.

There have also been fires. At least two that I know of personally,(within what I would consider to be a relatively short period between the two), with the lastest happening this past Christmas morning which destroyed the entire building.
Just something one may wish to enquire about prior.
Will be moving shortly because of this fear.

On the positive side, great location, friendly residents and staff, and finally good maintance(sp).
