I lived at this complex for a grand total of 4 months (that is all I could stand). Upon driving up to this apartment complex it seemed like a great place to live (boy was I wrong). Once they get your money security deposit application fees administrative fees pet fees if you have pets and partial month fees and any other fees they decide you need to pay them well then you get in your apartment and the hell starts. You never get sleep the walls are so thin and all you hear is people walking up and down stairs 24/7. I was on the first floor so you can imagine what little sleep I had with tenants on the second and third floor above me. The management is a joke with no one having a clue about anything and everything. You are told you are getting a "luxury" apartment when in fact you are getting as far from that as possible but you pay the "luxury" price for that cracker jack box you get to live in. Take my word for it keep driving you will find the right apartment to live in but unless you are crazy do not live at Savannah Shores!
