When I first moved to Savannah Shores, I loved it!!! Then I started noticing the little things. The walls & ceilings are paper thin. You can here everything your neighbors do. The worst is the plumbing system. The water turns your toilet red and black and it is super hard to clean that stuff out. If you get a clogged drain, good luck. You will wait too long for maintenance and they love to let themselves into your apartment. Obviously the office knows your alarm security code, because there able to get in if your alarm is on. What a false sense of security. And talk about a gated community, only when they feel like it. There was a rapist loose in M. Beach and the entire time, the gates to our apartment were open. HELLO!!! So watch out for the little things before you think on renting, especially the leaking and dripping air condition in the summer, the knocking you here on the pipes, and all of the BUGS(mostly
spiders and pincher bugs. You pay close to $800 dollars, but you feel like you live in
a apartment that should only be $300 or less.
The apartments are nice and spacey, but future renters beware.

Just to say something about the gates.....GATES ARE CONTROLLED ACCESS, NOT SERCURITY!!! If somebody really wants to get in and rape somebody, they could easily park and walk to where ever they want. Gates just prevent the random punk from driving thru bumping their stupid system. Those little arms wouldnt stop a murderer or rapist if they really want to get in. So get over the damn gates everybody!!!
