We lived here for about 3 months and I think everyone here has a dog (or a small bear based on the size of piles of crap laying everywhere). The management does nothing for the preventing or cleaning up this mess. I've stepped in ---- one night and walked on the white carpet in our apartment.

The parking is also a joke. The punk tenants park in a handicap spots due to their laziness and that they don?t want their precious Mustangs or Grand Prix near any other cars, forcing the older people who need the spots to walk greater than normal distances to their homes.

Plus the "gated community" thing is a joke. My friends visit all the time without buzzing through the gate (see the gate is always broke and left open or it?s really easy to sneak into after someone else opens the gate and it slowly closes). Like the gate really does anything? The property is not within a fence anyway. I actually cut through the field next to my apartment to save time when I'm taking my walk.

The lot lighting sucks too. Our parking lot is completely dark at night. That?s real safe; I bet the insurance company would love to know that liability that is waiting to happen.

We moved here on a temp basis, until we found a house. It seemed classy and an upgrade of most apartments we saw in Myrtle Beach. But come on, it time to focus on the customer and make this place worth the price.
