We lived at Savannah Shores for 6 months (that is all we could stand)and we hated it every single day.

The management had no idea what they were doing. One would tell you one thing while the other told you something completely different.

They added on charges we were expected to pay without giving us an explanation and they would tell us this by posting that we owed Late fees on our front door for all of our neighbors to see even though we owed absolutely nothing.

The maintanence crew were a joke. They always stayed at the back of the complex where we lived and because I worked from home I could see them "goofing" off all day doing absolutely nothing at all productive.

Our AC unit was out during the summer and we reported this immediately but it took them over a month to look at the unit. We had to resort to putting window unit fans in our unit just to have them threaten to evict us if we didn't remove them even though they could never get around to fixing our AC unit so I guess they expected us to burn up considering it was like 90 degrees inside our unit during all of this.

The gated entrance was never working. We moved to this apartment complex because we liked this security feature.

There were strippers everywhere who lived here and unless you wanted to go to bed at like 6am you should not move here because you will not ever get any sleep due to parties, etc.

This place is a joke and I would advise you to look elsewhere to live!

Its been like that for years.I used to live there and have the bad credit on my credit report to prove it.They wouldn't let me out of my lease as soon as I figured out the it was a stripper haven.The gate never worked then either and when it did they had to change the codes and swipe keys constantly because of the strippers giving them out to every Joe Blow with a $100 in his pocket.....DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
