Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've had no problems with the apartment, but the complex is sold and being converted to condo's. For the money you couldn't beat it. The only thing that wasn't fixed from when I moved in a year ago was the bedroom window that has a crack in it from a storm, but it hasn't bothered us.
