They really think they are special( doesn't every condo commmunity in MB). Dog cr*p all over the place. Paper thin walls, horrible tenants. Don't get me wrong...the condos are bigger than the 10 or so I have seen now that I live here, and they are pretty. But is that worth an incompetent office staff, loopy maintenance worker ( yes only 1), dog cr*p all over the grass, non requested maintenance visits and an unenforceable HOA with different rules for tenants leases. At $1017 a month I expected a LOT MORE than adjectives in the over blown description. Four or five friends live here and they feel the same way. Definitely not what it is sold to be...and the wall are paper thin.
