Like any community living there is a certain amount of teamwork needed by everyone to live together. The property is very well maintained, Management is responsive, Maintenance responsive and thorough. Overall a great year of living there and I recommend it for a rental. Sales prices are a lil higher than other closer condos but hey...you get what you pay for.
