I just read the reviews, and I was the one who wrote the first response that I wasn't sure about living here because I never lived here... but my question now is Why is it everyone bashes apartment communities in Myrtle Beach' Every one that I have looked at has some problems of some sort. I was so happy and so looking forward to maybe moving here... and you know now, I am not going to let any complaints ruin my decision. I have talked to the staff there and they seem real nice.. And not everyone who has a criminal record is bad... in fact I have one.. I have a resisting arrest on my record.. does that make me a bad person' And to let you know I make more money in a month than the average joe in a corporate office by doing real estate. Why is everyone out to say something negative about all the communities''' I think personally, you just have issues with management, or you didn't pay rent. That is why everyone bashes these communities... or maybe I am wrong, I guess I will have to find out on my own. Ones personsonal experience may not be the same as the next.
