I do enjoy living in Birkdale Commons but their have been problems i have come across. My apartment layout is beautiful, i have alot of room, i love the balcony. As far as being told things when i moved in 9months ago and them not being true that has happened to me. Even still today on the website it lies. There are no mountain bikes for us to rent. There is no basketball courts. (i was told july) The gate has not worked in 9 months, i was told first week in OCT it was going to be started before NOv. Don't make promises can't keep. Also, the breezways in building are very dirty, never have been powerwashed. Also we have a huge problem with fire ants. The staff is very nice and try to help the best they can. The maintance always comes promptly. I just feel for the amount of rent we are paying little things should be focused on more. But it's exactly what i said, little things, not enough to move out and pay for the cost of moving trucks and whatnot. i hope they get things going.
