My name is Chip Douglas and Iv'e lived at Birkdale Commons for about 1&1half years and my family has never been happier,{1 wife,2 kids}. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and maintenance is so efficient it's simply astonishing!!Of course w/ multi. family living in such proximity there is bound to be conflicts, but check w/ Horry County police, they'll tell you Birkdale Commons has one of the lowest crime rates of any apt. place in S.C., I did!! So, to all the whiners who left a negative response before and didn't have the nerve to leave a name, good ridence to you, you were probably one of the very few who the cops were called for and are whining about! Keep up the good work, Bikdale Commons guys!!!
