I have to agree with the past 2 posters. I have lived here for over a year now. I am in the process of looking for something else. I signed a year contract, that "INCLUDED" extended cable. This summer we all got notices saying we all had to pay $25 towards cable. I explained that this was breach of contract and of course the "management" said it wasn't. I was told if I didn't pay it that they would turn off the cable in our apartment. They also told me how other residents "GLADLY" paid the extra money. They have falsely advertised the mountain bikes, tennis courts ect. No such thing here. The noise level in my building is incredible. I have got to the point of not complaining anymore because I was made to feel as if I were being "picky". The parking is horrible. We were also told that there were "guest quarters" available for out of town guests. Just recently I was informed that they no longer had these.Although all summer long they were available to accomodate the managements out of town family. The excuse for not having these was that they were so full they had to be rented. I guess that is why I have counted over 50 empty apartments this week. Pat Hendricks will say or promise whatever to get you in there. Make special rent deals,rebates, a real butt kisser. Once she has your signature, it all changes. I just found out today that they are booting the rent again, anyone new who signs a lease gets a month free. Imagine that. This management team has lied, decieved, and showed total partiality to the tenants. If you are part of the "in" clique in the community the world is yours. If you are not part of it, give it up. Hey Pat, have another drink on me this time. With the extra $25 per month we have been paying for the so called NEW Time Warner contract you said you had. (The reason for the cable increase) Funny, Time Warner doesn't have any idea about renegotiating this contract with you!!!!!!My recommendation NOT UNLESS YOU HAVE A GOOD LAWYER!!! coz this place is just begging for a class action law suit. I mean, she was evicting people and locking them out without EVER going to a judge and getting a court order. TALK ABOUT MAKING YOUR OWN RULES AND LAWS..... no no no
Oh and be careful if you have children, they drive like they are in a NASCAR race. One kid got hit by a car and they did nothing to slow the cars down.
