Sounds like someone is not very happy. I have lived here for over 1 and a half years. The best thing that they have ever done is gotten rid of that old maintenance man, I think his name is Jim. Boy was he trouble. He didn't really know anything, and he spent most of him time hanging out at his own apartment. The only reason why people probably wrote those horrible things is beacause they were either evicted or they may have worked with the staff and were let go. I think it's hilarious that the only way that they can find joy in lashing back is to go to this website and write mean things. You're so mature!!
