The last poster has commited the terrible civilly actionable faux pas of slander. We all know that it was either Pat, Adriann or one of her office cronies. Poor Pat, seems the problem is more like a wet brain rather than sour grapes. But perhaps it was sour grapes that went into the lst bottle or two of wine she downed this morning. Hmmm, breakfast of champions. The current office staff has impugned, look up the word there in Birkdale offices...impugned the only decent thing that occured at Birkdale. Timely efficient maint. by a competent and courteous supervisor. I can only hope PAT and the CORPORATE OFFICE read this and the other reviews. Time for new management at Birkdale. The current manager has several issues, and it seems that the one she should worry most about is the one that will have her in court personally for slander. Contact south carolina fair housing and complain people!!!!! Make yourselves heard, call Wynnefield Properties and complain. Its your money. Not hers. She doesnt pay rent, you do. so stop with the website, and get to the real business of taking care of business. It's your right to complain for a service poorly rendered. Bait and switch is illegal. Slander too, to whomever wrote those lies about Jim.Shame on you. Sounds more like you were turned down when you hit on him. Tsk,tsk. be careful what you put out there. Someone will defend the innocent, lets hope you arent named in a law suit huh' Birkdale needs new management. Honest management. Start over. Reputation is everything when people go to rent. I will never ever recommend it. they have two maint supers in the last two weeks for petes sake, guess Jim who was there for 2 years really knew what he was doin after all. Whose sorry now' Birkdale Mgmt. I just couldnt let that one go. It wasnt right. Those who knew him, know he was a good maint guy. A good worker, and no, Im not him...LOL. Though the office staff is obvious in thier writing, the poor grammer and all...scary stuff. Good luck to those who move there.
