Well where do I start!!! I have children that PAT does not like what a Shock! Do not live here if you have children especially boys! PAT will do everything to harrass you and your kids. Mine have been slanderized by being named in a monthly flyer as the "Brat Pack" I of course sent this to the corporate office and nothing has been done about it. Pat has been known to "steal" property belonging to the kids. She has "confiscated" many items including but not limited to...skateboards, squirt guns, roller blades and bikes.
Also management has had various "pool" parties where drugs and alcohol are around. And are used by even those underage with managements approval.
Beware when you rent from this management you now move into "PAT'S world" where you have not rights.
