I have lived here for almost 2 years now.
I can speak from experience. I am not going to sit here and tell lies. Why'' The truth tends to hurt so much worse. I STILL live here. I pay entirly too much for this. Even the local newspapers do not mention this comlex. They just did an article on apartments here in MB and this one was NOT mentioned.....why''' Because they charge more then half the others and they do NOTHING. The bushes have not been cut since last summer. They finally began doing the yard. They continue to raise the rent but offer NOTHING in return for the price. They have allowed every single hoodlum to move in, with mommy and daddy paying, and will do NOTHING about noise, trash or any other unbecoming behavior. They tell you to call a "courtesy officer" who does nothing. These so called officers are the local finest, who get reduced rents......FOR WHAT'''''!!!!!!
What is the troulbe when a tenant complains about continous loud noise'' Partying''
Why can the management not do something'''''Why should we have to call an officer''' These are the same kids who are under age......The office DOES NOT accept complaints.....They make ALOT of promises. And keep NONE. Drugs'''''''The people above us just got raided for drugs!!!!!They still live here. because no one got caught. Paying between 8 and 900 a month is absolutly crazy. I am buying a house. I WILL break the lease. But this place broke theirs first and I will take it to Judge Phipps and show proof of how they breached this contract first. This is supposed to be a safe and family friendly complex.......NOT!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ArE UNDER THE AGE OF 21!!!!!!!

I do actually agree with this! I am 20, so please do not stereotype anyone under 21. Thank you. We pay SO much for these apartments, which are very comfortable. . . however they say we pay for all these wonderful things, when in reality... why am i paying for this stupid "beach vip" card that I don't even use... or dvds and books that I don't care to use. That's great we have nice palm trees... but there are more important things to do. Like SECURITY! Which we signed for on the lease, but do not get because MIKE is arrogant and does not care whatsoever. The girls in the office are sweethearts, the guy on the otherhand... don't even bother. He just cares about what's best for him, not his residents. I used to feel comfortable here, but lots of interesting people have been moving in... and maintenance guys... they get paid to do bull! That's the HONEST truth... they're nice. . . but give me a break. There wouldn't be a seaside grove without us residents... so why not put us first?
