I must admit that when the old managemet staff was there, I loved it thoroughly. Maybe b/c I was Pat's across the hall neighbor I was in her clique, but who cares. THE new managemet company is the pitts! I had a young couple move in below me and their stereo blasted at all hours of the day and night. when I told the office of this, they said, call the police its their job. I told them it was their job to keep the noise down. I even sent my claim to The Beach Companies corporate office to Naomi the ----. What a -----. SHe didn't care about anyhting but the almighty dollar. SHe kept saying that they invested millions in the place when they bought it. I saw a new paint job on my stariwell, and my patio which was a pain b/c i had to take everything in. THen I saw new palm trees and others that eventually died. Whoopie! Some expensive paint and trees huh' Well, I guess the bulk of the money came from the new office furniture. What was in there was fine. They always closed their office all the time. Don't live here man. ITs not worth it.

"----"... people who use language like this shouldn't live here anyway! This community is family oriented and customer service based. I'm glad this person moved. The reason they probably liked the old management is because they were terrible. That's why the old management team is no longer here!
