Whoa, what's with the previous two reviewers' Maybe I magically got the only building without any problems... or maybe those two are a couple of whiners. Hmm.
That said, Seaside Grove is an extremely nice place to live. The scenery is beautiful, since forest surrounds the complex on three sides and there's a large pond in the middle. The landscaping is tidy and kept up pretty well, also. The location is nice and quiet since it's outside of the city limits, but it's still close enough that going into the city or the beach isn't a chore.
The apartments themselves are clean and big. I think the insulation must be good, because I can almost never hear my neighbors. The appliances inside my apartment are nice, and still look pretty new.
The people who live here seem to be mostly professionals and fulltime students. Mostly everyone is well-behaved, and I haven't seen any drug activity so far. (That's something to be careful about around here, there's a lot of apartment complexes that have HUGE drug problems.) The maintenance and office staff I've met so far are friendly.
Problems... I can't think of many, except that sometimes the stairwells need to be washed out more often because spiderwebs form after a while. Also, I wish they had a welcoming/info package because it took me forever to figure out where the dumpster is (it's by the left entrance, by the way).
Overall, it's a very pretty, clean, quiet place to live. I probably sound like the office hired me to write this, haha, but I really can't think of much bad to say. I'm definitely going to renew my lease next year if I'm still here in Myrtle Beach.
