I've lived here since the 1st Quarter of 2006 and I can not tell you how much my wife and I love living here!!! We have paid a whole heck of a lot more to live in other places that were not half as nice. The Starbucks coffee in the morning starts my day off just right while the beautiful girls make it even better. I love the current selection of free DVD rentals. The gym just got a face lift and now has state of the art equipment with two new TVs. The grounds are kept to the highest standards and grounds keepers as always taking things to the next level. The pound is breath taking and has the perfect walking track. I did a lot of research on the company before moving down from the upstate and I must say, The Beach Company (Owner of Seaside Grove) has it going on! They only produce top knotch properties and are most well known for their properties in Charleston. Just ask anyone in charleston, SC about The Beach Company and I can guarantee you they will speak highly of the management company.

Bottom line is that we love living here and could not ask for a better staff to help us day in and day out!
