I have lived here at Seaside Grove before it was... when it was Birkdale. So I have been here going on 3 years. As with anywhere there are pros and cons. I love the new managment company, on the whole. Don't like some of the new rates and loss of paid water and such but.. I was here when the so called beloved Pat was here. And sorry, I did not like dealing with a drunk. And of course, I was not part of her little clique, so I didn't have reduced rates like some of you did. But I guarentee you , most of us meet her while drinking at Ron Jon's. right'' haha

I am impressed with what Mike has accomplished here. The place looks good, there is weekly grounds keeping maybe too much, they have resident appreciation functions and over all I am satisfied. Otherwise I would not have signed a new lease. Most of you who have complained might be those who feel they have to party all night and disrupt others and you got evicted.
Well the one thing I notice here, is that they are concerned about residental consideration for one another.
I would recommend this for anyone that can afford it.

Well I do not party at all and think that everyone here including staff are a bunch of immature drunken fools who all need some therepy! I think you either need to start or stop drinking!
