I moved here mths ago. From day one I have been very pleased with management and the maintenance staff who have always been pleasant and extremely helpful,in addition to keeping the beautiful grounds emmaculate.Amanda,Frank,Kim,Brittany and Mike have all been phenominal and were it not for a job transfer I would have happily remained here until the purchase of a new home.IN THE FUTURE, I WILL REFER AND ENCOURAGE ANYONE IN MYRTLE BEACH AREA INTRESTED IN A APARTMENT HOME TO STRONGLY CONSIDER Seaside Grove. :) Sincerly Tomeka Thomas

Are you sure you were at this apartment complex?? What I've seen is almost the exact opposite. They are of course pleasant until you have something to say that challenges them. I dont know many who are satisfied here. The majority are here simply because they allow pets...or have gotten into some financial woes and had to scale way back.

My experience was as stated and I honestly can't relate to your negative viewpoint(s) or any of others posted.
