Have lived here over a year and recently extended my lease for another one. Management is great; maintenance is quick, efficient and friendly; apartments are clean and quiet. I'm sure everyone has an occasional rowdy neighbor but I have rarely encountered any drunks wandering the streets; at least no more than could be expected in a college/vacation town. Plenty of parking, well-lit outdoor areas and very pretty grounds. I'm not surprised many of the reviewers here seem to have problems with their leases as many of them haven't seemed to grasp a mastery of the English language. The complainers can get out but I'm staying!
