After reading some of the other reviews by people here, I must say I'm fairly sickened at the amount of contempt and hostility involved. Believe it or not people, running a business is no easy task! What's this about no cable internet access' Funny, I'm fairly certain I'm using Road Runner to write this article at the moment, unless i'm simply imagining the cable modem sitting infront of me. Anyway, enough ranting...
In my limited, though indepth observation, Alexander Springs has been a wonderful place to live and come home to every day. My family and I did our research, checked many different locations to relocate to from our upstate New York home down to here until our home builds; Alexander Springs was the first complex we saw, and ultimately our chosen place of residence. I'll be honest, this was my first time moving anywhere, ever, and it was rather scary. I kept thinking to myself "Ugh, wonderful.. we're going to live in some cramped apartment for 6 or 9 months with nothing to do and a ton of retarded rules.", but you know what' It wasn't that way at all.
The staff is wonderful here, specifically Kelly; we all adore her! The grounds are kept safe and college-parties taken care of appropriately(always noisey, someone said' If you bothered to check, these people have been warned and filed for eviction if the problem persisted). The apartments themselves are wonderful, especially compared to some other complexes we checked farther from here (their rooms were filthy! And their price even higher than Alexander Springs... Does anyone else feel this doesn't make sense') For a 10th grader such as myself, being so close to the school is great! The traffic in the morning and once school is out would be horrendous for myself to navigate through. Finally, I feel the cost is reasonable, and my parents would agree. As I said in the beginning of this review, Alexander Springs strives to be a well kept and beautiful community. Unfortunately, this requires money. If you didn't want to pay the cost, then perhaps you should have found something more appropriate to your budget' You knew the cost before you moved in, so there is absolutely no reason for complaining about it publicly and trying to make Alexander Springs and its staff look bad for your lack of logical thinking.
All in All, Alexander Springs in a wonderful community to be part of. Please, keep it up! :)
