Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I moved into my apartment last year. Since this time, I have been kept up til all hours of the night by drunk college kids, spatting lovers, and loud music. I have complained numerous times, but I have not seen any change. The apartments are much too expensive at a price of $780 (which does not include any utilities). Overall, I have found that almost everyone here (excluding maintenance and a few friendly neighbors) are inconsiderate. My sympathy to the maintenance men for constantly having to pick up beer bottles, boxes and trash from around the apartments. My disappointment to all the neighbors who do not pick up after their pets.
