The management here has a lot to be desired. A couple of weeks ago they sent notices to everyone in the entire complex about unpaid waterbills. I received the notice and went down because I had paid the waterbill and took proof of the payment. Well it turns out that they received the listings of the payments that were due for February. You would think that they might question the fact that they were sending out that many late notices threatening eviction for at least 20 buildings with 12 units in each one and call the water company to find out what is going on. When I went to the office they just kind of blew me and another resident off and didn't even apologize.

This place has to much of a party atmosphere. People coming and going at all hours of the night and being noisy. To top it all off once I found a beer keg sitting in the flower bed outside my building. Looking forward to when my lease is up!
