I have lived here all most one year and a few months now. When I first moved here the younger residents left beer bottles in the community, were very loud. After a few months now all this has been cleaned up and they mgmt. helped with my few issues and had them resolved in a snap. It is a nice value for the money, even though we no longer have the spa. I am very happy to see children running around and so many families enjoying the outdoors, it makes you feel at home.
