I also have witnessed some young teenagers which were smoking grass in their car. However when I went to the mgr. she contacted the Horry Co. Police and their security company to alert them. I know living in Myrtle Beach this goes on everywhere, which is sad young people do this type of behavoir. What I do not agree with the last writer is the office is not working on it. I spoke to the mgr. on Monday and each parent thought to have a teenager was called in as well as the police and security for extra patrols. The office has been on top on this and I have no other problems since this past weekend which involed these teenagers.
Ever who wrote the last review needs to have more contact with the office and work with them such as my wife and I are doing. I have lived here 4 years and have NO problems other than petty ones which have been correct. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I moved out months ago. Did you read my posting? I am really happy to hear things have gotten better. I think the complex is the nicest in MB, and I always thought the staff was great. I moved out because of the drug deals that went on every night outside my door. It was not a place to raise children. If your kids want to smoke weed at 12 years old, that is not my business, nor do I care. However, your kids are not going to try & sell it to my kids, or smoke it near my kids outside my front door. It was scary having 6 cars sitiing outside every night like clock work at 2 in the morning. Some nights they would argue. EVERYONE in the complex knows who the dealers are & where they live. IF MGMT CARED.....THEY WOULD BE GONE!!!!

I have spoken to both ladies in the office and they do not know about what you have written above. I know serveral have been kicked out of the community but not children doing this type of problems. Please contact the office so they can correct this issue. I live in blding 4928 and have not seen this or when walking my dog. I have also spoken to other residents who thought I was nutts in referenc to your posting. I do not blame you I also do not wish to live with people as such. I also know the staff lives here also and they do not want to live with either.

the office does care since we all live on site as well. However these actions need to be reported when they happen so they can be corrected. We have a sec. co. and all residents have their number and our emger. no. here. Also if other children are doing this we the office needs to know at once.
