My family and I lived there for a year and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly...the grounds are kept up. I always felt safe whenever I was out walking at night. Everyone in my building and surrounding buildings taht i got to know over that year were very nice and always willing to lend a hand. I have read some of the "not so friendly" reviews and I didn't see any of that and when my child was playing outside or at a neighbors I knew he was safe! I would recommend Alexander Springs to anyone moving to or already living in Myrtle Beach. If I ever move back..that will be my first stop for a place to live!!
