My family and I have lived here for about 8 months now. The staff has been helpful with finding local places, and always stop to talk to us. We are building a home in the area and have been pleased with renting here. Parents do need to watch their children from throwing balls around cars and running around the community though. If me or my wife ever had a problem the office was on top of it. We feel safe at night and the units are a good value for the beach area. Grounds are always picked up and when they recently had a property inpection both the mgr and asst. mgr performed them. They asked us questions about our stay here and if there was anything they could do for us. Nice knowing they care enough to talk to us and help. If we were not building a home we would stay.
